Prevent colonization in Westside Regional water bodies by quagga or zebra mussels and elminate or prevent the spread of New Zealand mud snails from Putah Creek through a comprehensive Regional Program promoting education, communication, and outreach to all stakeholders, agencies, boaters, anglers, and citizens within the Westside Region.
